• Applicants may confirm the receipt of their application by APS. Log into Applicant Tracking and select Applicant Profile from the menu on the left side of the screen.
• All documents must be submitted prior to the completion of new hire paperwork. All new Hires will need to provide the following documents:
  • Social Security Card (cannot be laminated)
  • Valid Driver's License (or State ID)
  • I-9 documents (acceptable documents)
  • Transcripts (if applicable) or high school diploma
• Additionally, if an applicant for employment meets the minimum entrance requirements, Lawrence Public Schools may review the following, if applicable:
  • Criminal Offender Record Information (C.O.R.I) and; Sex Offender Registry Information (S.O.R.I.) and; The Central Registry of Child Abuse/Neglect reports maintained in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51 B.
  • If an offer of employment is made to you, the Lawrence Public Schools may declare that the offer is contingent upon the successful results of a pre-employment screening, references, and a background check.
  • False information on the application will be cause for disqualification for employment or dismissal at any time during employment.
